Thank you for supporting the Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation by purchasing our merchandise. Every order directly funds our mission to provide quality education to rural children. This policy outlines our process for shipping and handling your orders.
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if your order is significantly delayed.
We ship within India only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional charge.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier's website.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sudarshansancharifoundation.com with your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For lost shipments, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed.
