This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for both donations made to and products purchased from the Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation.
As a non-profit organization, we are deeply grateful for your contribution to our cause. We are committed to ensuring every donation is used effectively to support our mission.
General Policy: All donations are considered final and non-refundable once processed. The Sudarshan Sanchari Foundation does not offer refunds for charitable donations, as the funds are immediately allocated to operational and project costs.
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., a duplicate transaction or a technical error), we may, at our sole discretion, review and approve a refund request. To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@sudarshansancharifoundation.com with your transaction ID and a description of the issue.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@sudarshansancharifoundation.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds: We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described on our Site. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. Approved returns will be exchanged for a replacement product or refunded to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return. Customised or personalised items are also non-returnable unless they are defective.
